I have been teaching group fitness classes since 1991. I received my AFAA Group Fitness Certification in 1995 and have been consistently providing aerobics and body sculpting classes at several local gyms ever since.
I started doing one-on-one personal fitness training in 2011 and received my AFAA Personal Trainers Certification this year in March. (2014) I have built a very nice client base and specialize in Women that have weight and other health issues and am proficient in developing individualized programs tailored to their specific needs.
I also provide healthy cooking demonstrations to show people that healthy cooking and healthy food choices are easily attainable in order to realize their weight loss goals.
I am passionate about helping others be successful in their fitness journey in any way I can!!
